Royal Shawl will cover all shipping and handling costs related to the return or exchange.

2. If the Customer Is Not Satisfied with the Product

 

If the product is not damaged but the customer is not satisfied with it (for example: the color, style, or feel does not suit them):

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, Royal Shawl will cover the return shipping costs.

The product must:

Be in its original condition

Be unused and unworn

Be in its full original packaging

Include all tags and accessories

Royal Shawl reserves the right to decline the return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
