Exchange and Return Policy – Royal Shawl
If the product arrives damaged:
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange by contacting customer service within one day of receiving the order. Royal Shawl will bear all costs involved. Customer service must be provided with photos of the damaged product and its accessories.
If the product is not damaged:
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange by contacting customer service within one day of receiving the order. The customer will bear the shipping, and any other costs incurred. The product must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, and customer service must be provided with photos of the product and its accessories.

Refund:
After the product arrives and is verified to meet the requirements, the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 30 working days.
Cases in which the product cannot be returned:
- When submitting a replacement or refund request after the specified time.
- When the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
Return Policy for International Orders:
Due to the complexity of the procedures and shipping costs, orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-refundable.
Return policy for customers who paid for their purchases via (Tamara + Tabby):
When returning a product, Tamara or Tabby are responsible for refunding the customer.
