Exchange and Return Policy – Royal Shawl
1. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Royal Shawl will cover all shipping and handling costs related to the return or exchange.
- Customers must provide clear photos of:

- Any damage
- The packaging and included accessories
2. If the Customer Is Not Satisfied with the Product
If the product is not damaged but the customer is not satisfied with it (for example: the color, style, or feel does not suit them):
- Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- As part of our satisfaction guarantee, Royal Shawl will cover the return shipping costs.
- The product must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its full original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Royal Shawl reserves the right to decline the return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

You may return your item within 7 days of delivery without providing a reason, as long as it remains in its original condition and packaging.

A quick refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for items of equal or higher value (subject to availability).
